Wordless Wednesday: When Pigs Fly

Normally Wednesday is wordless, but today I have to break the rules. I was planning on posting the pictures from our most excellent ski trip last Friday. Since my new blog fan, Lyn, has already seen them, I can't risk boring her. Lyn is really special, she is responsible for my high self-esteem this week. She praises me and my blog every time I see her. Some day she will discover that there are other blogs in the world, and she won't think I'm the best. So I'll just enjoy it while it lasts.

Speaking of blog fans and photos, did you notice my new profile picture? My BFF Vika of Studio Aaltonen, has performed a bona fide miracle and made me look young again. Vika is a talented photographer who has the confidence to enter The Pioneer Woman's photo contests. Not only does she do that, she has been picked as a finalist three times.

Vika has a keen sense of perception. She texted me this morning because she saw that since I posted this new profile picture, my blog has many new followers. She noticed because there was a time when it was only her and two others. In fact, she gives me inspiration to blog. What I am trying to say is, "I am so thankful for each person who takes the time to visit my blog and leave such kind comments."

I love the pig! I'm sure my daughter will be on a campaign to find one for our car as soon as she sees it.
